This year's comedy night was held on March 28, 2008: Oswego Lions Annual Comedy Night.

The event was held at the Oswego D.A. Lodge, 178 West 3rd Street, Oswego

This year the comedy night show cased comedian Andy Pitz. Andy is a regular performer at all of New York City's best comedy clubs, and he also tours the country when his wife will allow it. You may have seen Andy performing his unique brand of stand-up on "The Late Show with David Letterman" or "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson".

With over 15 years of experience under his belt, Andy's material is clean, original and yet easy to relate to. He's also one of the few comics today who doesn't resort to negativity to keep an audience entertained. As Andy puts it, "Wholesome laughs mean much more to me than the cheap ones. But I'll take those too."

Warm up comedian Ken Perlstein was cracking his fellow riders up doing characters and voices since he was a toddler. Ken became a theatre major and finally accepted the bite of the comedy bug while getting his MFA at The Actors Studio in NYC. Ken takes us through his life (which he still doesn’t understand) to marriage and politics with a dead on George W. Bush. Ken is clean and can go to edgy with a high-energy act that draws audiences in!

Ken has performed at New York’s British Comedy Festival, New York Underground Comedy Festival and has appeared in numerous commercials such as Sports Illustrated and Toshiba. He has done work on The Conan O’Brien show as well as doing Off Broadway shows. Ken is a New York based comic who performs regularly all over New York City and on the road at such clubs as The Brokerage, City Steam and even the Comedy Café in the UK.
